Mondo Fuso is a short dance solo (9 min.) with a body, a chair and a face as its centrepiece.
We encounter the body of a woman waking up from a slumber surrounded by flames, and the struggles that she faces to reconcile with the situation she finds herself in.
Will she find peace in the fact that she has been marked for life or is this only the beginning of a much darker story?
The perception of the self is filtered through the way others treat us.
The way others treat us is based on the perception of ourselves.
Waiting. Just waiting.
For the world to spin faster and the fatigue to increase.
My knees have been strengthened from the constant getting up,
the sound of broken glass does no longer scare me.
Just because it isn't my fault doesn't mean that I don't feel bad.
